The Surro-Kitty™ is a handmade item. Therefore, each device is unique and will vary slightly in size and/or shape. While every Surro-Kitty™ will fall within the stated dimensions, there may exist some slight variation in the widths and/or lengths of the arms and legs.
Once an order is placed, items ship within 7-10 business days. During March-August, orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
The Surro-Kitty™ is designed for orphaned neonatal kittens who are difficult bottle-feeders. While no device is better than a natural nursing mother, the Surro-Kitty™ is intended to allow orphaned and abandoned kittens to nurse in a way most natural to them. Wholeful Pet makes no guarantees that every neonatal kitten will take to the Surro-Kitty™ immediately. Effort is sometimes required by the caregiver. Kittens that are accustomed to being bottle-fed will sometimes take a little longer to understand the Surro-Kitty™.
Kittens should be supervised while nursing from the Surro-Kitty™ at all times. Kittens should not be allowed to chew on the teats. Therefore, it is best that teething kittens not use the Surro-Kitty™.
The Surro-Kitty™ is made from machine-washable materials. The Surro-Kitty™ can be washed in a standard washing machine without damaging the faux fur. We recommend tumble drying on low setting. Do not iron or use bleach on the Surro-Kitty™. The Surro-Kitty™ contains metal grommets. Do not place the Surro-Kitty™ in the microwave to heat.
The Surro-Kitty™ comes with a one-year warranty. In the event the Surro-Kitty™ becomes damaged or defective due to initial construction quality, Wholeful Pet will repair or replace the device. Wholeful Pet will not replace Surro-Kitties damaged due to inappropriate care.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Every Surro-Kitty™ is shipped in brand new, unused condition. If any Surro-Kitty™ or Surro-Kitty™ component arrives in damaged or defective condition, the item(s) may be returned for an exchange or credit. Because cats and kittens can harbor harmful microbes in their saliva, health and safety concerns dictate that physical returns for a refund cannot be accepted. Therefore, all purchases are final. Shipping Charges / Order Refusal
A flat-rate shipping charge is applied to orders. If an order shipment is refused, any expenses incurred by Wholeful Pet related to order refusal will be deducted from any final refund.
